Everton are reportedly ready to offer £8 million for former Liverpool midfielder Alou Diarra. The Bordeaux midfielder is reportedly keen to return to the Premiership this summer.
Diarra, now 26, started his career at Liverpool but was unable to make the grade in the first team.
Diarra is now a France international and very highly rated in his homeland.
Everton are likely to be reluctant to splash £8 million on Diarra, but are known to be interested in signing some midfielders this summer.
