Manchester United midfielder Sofyan Amrabat has the desire to continue with the club next season, according to Andy Mitten.
The Morocco international joined the Red Devils on loan from Fiorentina last summer. He waited until deadline day to make the switch.
He had a tough start to his United career due to the higher intensity and found himself on the bench following the African Cup of Nations.
It looked like Amrabat could leave the club on a low note, but he had a brilliant end to the campaign from the number six position.
Amrabat impressed against Arsenal and Newcastle United in the league before he was preferred to start over Casemiro in the FA Cup final.
Casemiro was dropped to the bench by manager Erik ten Hag. The Brazilian eventually pulled out with a minor muscular issue.
Amrabat proved his credentials in the final run-in and he is now hopeful that United trigger the option to buy him for around £20m.
