Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has urged the hierarchy to sign a proper left-back next year, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Red Devils had a good start in Amorim's first game in-charge. They scored after just two minutes through Marcus Rashford.
However, the players could not sustain the momentum and ended up conceding the equaliser to Ipswich before the half-time interval.
It is now revealed that Amorim was not pleased with multiple players and he is keen on bolstering several positions in January or next summer.
Amorim prefers to play with a 3-4-3 formation, but he is keen on signing a proper left-back to occupy the left wing-back position in future.
Diogo Dalot has done a credible job as a makeshift option, but Amorim wants a specialist as Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia are injury prone.
Bournemouth's Milos Kerkez and Bayern Munich's Alphonso Davies are among candidates that the club are evaluating at the current point of time.
