Real Madrid have made an offer in the region of £15 million to sign Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold, according to Cadena Ser.
The England international has been in exceptional form for the Merseyside giants this campaign, but his future is doubtful beyond the summer.
His current contract expires at the end of June this year and the Reds have failed to convince him to put pen-to-paper on an extension.
Alexander-Arnold is free to speak with foreign clubs over a free transfer next summer, but Madrid seem determined to land his signature this month.
Los Blancos recently made a proposal worth £15m for the right-back, but the offer was swiftly turned down by the Premier League leaders.
Liverpool have no plans of parting ways with Alexander-Arnold. It could take a package of around £50m for them to contemplate his exit.
Madrid are unlikely to make such a huge outlay on the defender, considering they can sign him on a Bosman deal after June 30.
