A young coach with great ambition, Quique Flores has been confirmed as the new trainer of Benfica. The Spaniard, who emerged from the "restricted list" drawn up by Rui Costa, signed a contract for two seasons and took seat today.
Aged 43 years, and without work since he left the Valencia at the end of last October, Quique Flores has been chosen to command the 'encarnados "in the next two seasons and has been given the objective of" recovering a place in the UEFA Champions League and to win the national title.
