Manchester United will reportedly need to break their transfer record to sign Southampton winger Tyler Dibling this summer.
The Red Devils recently suffered a huge setback with Geovany Quenda opting to join Premier League rivals Chelsea next year.
Quenda was the top target for the right wing-back role for manager Ruben Amorim, but the 17-year-old chose the Blues instead.
United have identified Tyler Dibling as the alternative, but a deal seems unlikely on the cards, based on the Saints' price tag.
The South Coast outfit were demanding around £55 million for Dibling back in January and they have now doubled their price.
Dibling is one of the best talents to come from their academy. The Saints are set to demand more than £100 million for his services.
With such a huge price tag, there is a strong possibility that Dibling will continue with the Saints in the Championship next term.
Southampton are on just nine points after 29 top-flight games this season, and they are destined to be relegated in the coming weeks.
