Bolton, Fulham eye Jean Calve

25 May 2008 - 10:42

France under 21 international full back Jean Calve has been linked with a move to the Premiership; with both Fulham and Bolton interested in landing the Le Mans player. The player could leave on a Bosman next season.

  • Mikel Arteta insists 27yo star won't be leaving Arsenal
  • Omari Hutchinson wants to continue at Ipswich Town

  • "In England, there are Fulham and Bolton interested as well," Calve told football365.fr. "There is interest, but I need to take the time to study the different projects.

"It should not be just because the club want to sign a free agent. I need to play to keep improving. It has been a beautiful season, the most consistent of my career.

"I have been the most-used player for the club this season. That is a good sign. It is hugely satisfying, but also because the results have been good."
