Chelsea have already made their transfer decision on Real Madrid forward Rodrygo, according to Sky Sports reporter Kaveh Solhekol.
The Blues are expected to spend big during the summer transfer window. They could make a huge outlay of more than £200 million.
The main focus will be on bolstering the attack but the club have no plans of pursuing a deal for Rodrygo from the European champions.
Rodrygo could cost a staggering fee of around £84m this summer and on top of this, he could demand a significant salary package too.
The Blues have no desire to spend that much on a single player. They prefer to develop talents into world-beaters just like Paris Saint-Germain.
Athletic Bilbao's Nico Williams and Manchester United's Alejandro Garnacho are reportedly more realistic targets for the London giants.
Williams could be signed for his release clause worth £49m while Garnacho could be prised away for a reported fee of around £68m.
