Juventus are reportedly distancing themselves from a summer move for Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho, according to Sky Italy.
The Bianconeri are keen on reinforcing their attack this summer and it was recently claimed that they could purchase Sancho from the Red Devils.
However, it now appears they are exploring a permanent deal for Francisco Conceicao instead following his season-long loan at the club.
Sancho is only viewed as an alternative and an offer appears unlikely unless the Bianconeri are unable to strike an agreement for Conceicao.
The news is a huge setback for the England international, who has been anticipating to join the Bianconeri during the transfer window.
Sancho is still expected to head for the exit door this summer. He could be on his way to German with Borussia Dortmund still an admirer.
Bayer Leverkusen could be another option for the attacker, though his mixed relationship with manager Erik ten Hag could dent a move.
