Inter Milan's Argentine international defender Walter Samuel has signed a new contract with the club that shall keep him in the blue and black half of Milan until 2012.
Walter Samuel joined Inter Milan from Real Madrid in the summer of 2005 after spending just one season in the Spanish capital and exploded to life in the 2007-2008 season in which Inter won their second successive on-pitch scudetto.
But the 3-year old Argentine centre-back had to miss the second half of the Italian Serie A season due to a horrible cruciate ligament injury just before Christmas.
Samuel is now back to full fitness and has been gifted a new deal that shall see him through until the summer of 2012.
