Liverpool defender Kostas Tsimikas is set to join AS Roma on a season-long loan deal, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The Greece international got a fair share of playing time during the previous campaign, but he has now fallen down the pecking order.
With the arrival of Milos Kerkez this summer, he has become the third-choice left-back with Andy Robertson preferred ahead of him.
He has now been permitted to join the Giallorossi on a year-long loan. The Serie A outfit won't have the option to buy him next summer.
Alongside Tsimikas, the Reds could also part ways with Harvey Elliott, who is keen to play regular first-team football in the prime of his career.
Elliott is attracting interest from Bundesliga giants RB Leipzig, who are eyeing a new playmaker after the departure of Xavi Simons.
The Englishman has the ability to play anywhere in the frontline and would be a quality replacement for Simons, who has left for Tottenham Hotspur.
