Chelsea playmaker Cole Palmer could be a potential doubt to face Manchester United in the Premier League on Saturday evening.
The England international has had an injury-affected campaign with the Blues and he has already missed a couple of games with a groin injury.
Palmer has been in fine form lately with goals against Brentford and Paris Saint-Germain, but he was spotted holding his groin versus PSG.
Blues boss Enzo Maresca said that he should be fine for the weekend, but the Englishman may undergo a late fitness test for the encounter.
Palmer has been a huge contributor of goals and assists for the west London giants and may not make the squad unless he is 100 percent fit.
With the short turnaround before the United game on Saturday, it remains to be seen whether the Manchester City graduate will feature.
The Blues have made a fine start to the Premier League campaign and have already picked up eight points from the opening four matches.
