Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid are keeping a close eye on Manchester United midfielder Kobbie Mainoo ahead of a possible January move.
Mainoo has fallen down the pecking order under manager Ruben Amorim, and he has barely started games for the club over the past 10 months or so.
The United graduate was determined to secure a loan exit earlier this summer, but the hierarchy made it clear that he would not be permitted to leave.
This has not ceased the speculation, and Fichajes claim that the midfielder could be tempted to join one of La Liga's elite clubs in the New Year.
Madrid and Atletico are keeping a watch and could make an offer.
Mainoo could be desperate for a new challenge in January if his playing time does not improve under Amorim over the next three months.
With the World Cup coming up next summer, Mainoo needs regular minutes under his belt to make the cut to England's extended squad.
