Nottingham Forest have no desire to part ways with Elliot Anderson in January amid interest from Manchester United, according to Daily Mail.
The England international has developed into one of the best defensive midfielders in the Premier League, and has been touted to pursue a bigger challenge in the prime of his career.
United have earmarked him as their priority target for 2026, but Forest are quite clear that the 23-year-old won't be heading for the exit door for the remainder of the ongoing campaign.
Anderson is also unlikely to push for the exit door, given he is now an England regular and may not want any disruption ahead of the World Cup in North America during the summer.
Forest are expected to demand at least £100 million to part ways with the former Newcastle United man. The Red Devils could face competition from Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur for him.
Manchester City are also keeping tabs on the highly-rated star.
