Chelsea manager Liam Rosenior has broken his silence on the ongoing speculation linking midfielder Enzo Fernandez with a summer departure.
The Argentine has been a mainstay for the west London giants since he arrived from Benfica, but his long-term future remains doubtful.
Fernandez has been linked with Real Madrid on numerous occasions in the past, and reports claim that Paris Saint-Germain are likewise keen on him.
The European giants are weighing up summer bids for the World Cup winner, but Rosenior has emphasised that the gossip does not bother him.
He told reporters: "It means nothing to me. When you are a world class player, there will always be speculation you can't control.
"He's been outstanding. He's surprised me in a good way. To be ill and to cover the ground he did."
Fernandez has been nursing a minor illness over the past few weeks, but Rosenior has said that he has trained and could start against Pafos in the Champions League tomorrow night.
