Manchester United duo Matthijs de Ligt and Joshua Zirkzee are absent from training ahead of the Premier League showdown against Arsenal on the road on Sunday.
The Red Devils returned to winning ways last weekend with a sublime 2-0 win over Manchester City at Old Trafford. They now face another testing challenge against the Gunners at the Emirates Stadium.
Ahead of the encounter, De Ligt was once again absent from training. The Dutchman has not played a competitive game for the Mancunian giants since picking up a nagging back problem in November last year.
Zirkzee was not in the matchday squad for the league encounter against the Cityzens last weekend due to injury and the striker was also absent in today's training session conducted by interim boss Michael Carrick.
United are presently fifth in the league standings with 35 points, one behind fourth-placed Liverpool. They can boost their Champions League prospects by beating the Gunners on the road on Sunday evening.
