Chelsea manager Liam Rosenior has confirmed a big injury boost ahead of the FA Cup fifth round tie against Wrexham on the road tomorrow.
The Blues returned to winning ways in the Premier League with a 4-1 victory over Aston Villa on the road. The club have now moved to fifth in the standings ahead of Liverpool on goal difference.
The focus will now shift to the FA Cup fifth round tie at Wrexham tomorrow evening. Ahead of the game, Rosenior has confirmed that midfielder Romeo Lavia is ready to feature after his injury absence.
He said: "I am delighted for him. Romeo will definitely play a part. He's been itching to play."
The Blues go into the game as clear-cut favourites, but will need to be wary of the occasion. Wrexham have been phenomenal in the Championship and will be determined to spark a surprise on their home turf.
Rosenior is poised to make multiple changes to the starting XI.
