Manchester United defender Lisandro Martinez has returned to full training ahead of the Premier League restart later this month.
The Red Devils have had a fantastic second half to the season and they are presently third in the standings with 55 points from 31 matches.
The club will be without Harry Maguire for the league clash against Leeds United following his suspension against Bournemouth on the road.
However, they are set for a timely boost with Martinez expected to make his comeback from a calf injury that has sidelined him for several weeks.
The Argentine has been absent for several matches on the stretch but he is poised to make his comeback right on time for the Leeds encounter.
The World Cup winner is set to partner Leny Yoro in the heart of the defence in the absence of Maguire, who has just signed a new deal.
Maguire has signed until June 2027 with an option for 12 months.
