Giovani dos Santos had signed a contract with Tottenham for five years. Barcelona will receive an initial fee of £4.7M followed by another £3.9M depending on appearances.



Barcelona will also receive 20 per cent of any sell-on fee if the 19-year old moves within the first two years of his contract.
