Manchester United have reached an agreement to sign Atalanta midfielder Ederson during the summer transfer window.
The Red Devils are poised to bolster their midfield department and reports claim that Ederson is one of the prime targets.
Talks are already advanced with Atalanta for the 26-year-old, and it is claimed that a deal worth €45m could be completed soon.
Ederson has not been picked in Brazil's World Cup squad this summer, but United are still keen on securing a quick transfer.
Atalanta are also open to doing business early, considering they want to balance their financial books before the end of June.
Ederson was previously a target for the Red Devils in the summer of 2024, but they could not find an agreement with Atalanta.
Atalanta are now prepared to part ways with him, considering he has no plans to extend his contract expiring in June next year.
Atletico Madrid previously agreed personal terms with the talented midfielder, but could not finalise payment terms with Atalanta.
