Arsenal have made the decision to part ways with club graduate Ethan Nwaneri when the transfer window reopens this summer, according to The Telegraph.
The Gunners recently won the Premier League after a 22-year wait, and they are expected to bolster their squad further this summer for another title challenge.
For this to happen, the club must offload players, given the current size of the squad as well as the need to recoup more funds for a massive summer spending spree.
Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli have been put up for sale and it is claimed that club graduate Nwaneri could likewise be shown the exit door in the coming weeks.
Nwaneri was on the radar of Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund last summer before he penned a new long-term deal with the Gunners. He was loaned out to Marseille last winter.
Nwaneri's time in France was frustrating as he was a regular substitute, but he continues to be valued highly. Arsenal could demand at least £40 million for his departure.
