Arsenal are reportedly preparing a move to sign Eintracht Frankfurt left-back Nathaniel Brown during the summer transfer window.
The Gunners are expected to make multiple changes to the squad, and it appears Brown is valued highly by the club's hierarchy.
Arsenal are loaded with options at left-back. They have Riccardo Calafiori, Piero Hincapie and Myles Lewis-Skelly in their ranks.
Despite this, Arsenal are lining up an offer for Brown, who can also operate as a right-back or on the left side of the front three when required.
The 22-year-old has good ball playing ability and likes to make regular overlapping runs. He has the knack of inverting into midfield too.
Arsenal have been keeping a close eye on his progress over the last year or so and could make a formal approach for his services very soon.
Frankfurt expect to part ways with Brown this summer, but won't let him go on the cheap. They are expected to demand at least £52 million.
