Manchester United midfielder Manuel Ugarte has his sights on pursuing a new challenge away from the Red Devils this summer.
The Uruguayan had a difficult second season with United. He was a regular on the bench with Casemiro preferred as a holding midfielder.
United are prepared to cut their losses on the 24-year-old this summer, and it is claimed that the midfielder is likewise keen to move on.
Galatasaray have already made initial contact with United's entourage and could now hold talks with the Uruguayan to convince him.
United signed Ugarte from Paris Saint-Germain for £42 million, but he could be sold for just £24m. Napoli and Atletico Madrid are keen too.
The Red Devils have already reached a verbal agreement for Atalanta midfielder Ederson, who will formally join the club later this year.
They are now expected to pursue another midfielder regardless. Casemiro has already been confirmed to leave the club on a free transfer.
If Ugarte leaves, the club plan to bring in three midfielders.
