Manchester United have reached an agreement to land Leeds United goalkeeper Karl Darlow on a free transfer this summer.
The Red Devils are expected to part ways with deputy goalkeeper Atlay Bayindir this summer. Besiktas are favourites to sign him.
Darlow was identified as the backup target earlier last month and they have now secured a free transfer agreement for the Welshman.
Darlow was a regular starter for Leeds during the back end of last season and was offered a two-year renewal beyond the end of June.
However, he has snubbed the contract proposal to join United on a Bosman deal. He will play second fiddle to Senne Lammens next term.
The deal is a potential blow for Leeds, who may need to pursue another shot-stopper. Lucas Perri lost his starting spot earlier this year.
There has been speculation that the Whites could seek to land the signature of Parma shot-stopper Zion Suzuki in the next few days.
