Manchester United are expected to announce the arrivals of goalkeeper Karl Darlow and midfielder Andrey Santos this weekend.
The Red Devils recently reached an agreement to land Santos from Chelsea for £50m. He has already undergone his medical and signed a long-term deal.
Darlow has likewise agreed to join the club on a free transfer following the expiry of his contract with Leeds United last month.
The Welshman had the opportunity to continue as Leeds' first-choice goalkeeper, but could not resist a move to Old Trafford.
He will act as the second-choice goalkeeper behind Senne Lammens. Current backup Altay Bayindir is expected to head for an exit.
Meanwhile, United are already preparing to announce both deals. They could do so in the next 24 hours, with Darlow poised to sign his contract.
The Red Devils are also expected to conduct a fresh medical on midfielder Ederson before his potential move from Atalanta this month.
Ederson had a meniscus injury during his final campaign at the Serie A outfit, and United want to be extra sure about his condition.
