Manchester United are set for a massive boost on Benjamin Sesko ahead of the new Premier League season, according to journalist Samuel Luckhurst.
The Slovenian signed for the Red Devils from RB Leipzig last summer and had a good debut season with 12 goals across all competitions.
Sesko's form was particularly impressive in the back end of the campaign, but his season ended on a disappointing note due to a shin injury.
It is now reported that the 23-year-old has recovered well from the setback, and he is expected to be fully fit ahead of the new campaign.
United were one of the most in-form teams in the Premier League after Michael Carrick took charge at the beginning of the year.
They have been fancied to challenge Arsenal and Manchester City for the title next term, but much could depend on the transfer business.
United have yet to make an outfield signing this summer, but they are expected to announce the arrival of midfielder Andrey Santos soon.
