Mainz are reportedly among the clubs showing interest in AC Milan prospect David Odogu, with the defender’s future at San Siro already uncertain despite him signing only last year.
According to Football Italia, two clubs are interested in the Milan defender, and Mainz have emerged as a possible destination. Odogu could be allowed to leave AC Milan in the current window, with a season-long loan understood to be one of the possible structures for a deal.
The situation is notable because Odogu only joined Milan last year, making any departure so soon after his arrival a significant decision for both the player and the club.
