Arsenal have reached an agreement with Aston Villa to sign defender Ezri Konsa, according to journalist David Ornstein.
The Gunners have long admired the Englishman and have now finalised payment terms with the Villans.
Villa were initially eyeing £60m for the 28-year-old, but have accepted a package worth £50m for his sale.
Konsa has already said farewell to his teammates, and he will undergo his medical with Arsenal tomorrow.
The versatile ace will need to be registered by Thursday noon to be eligible to face Coventry City in the Premier League opener on Friday night at home.
Otherwise, he could be introduced to the fans at the Emirates Stadium and could make his debut against Villa on the road one week later.
Arsenal are not done in the transfer market, and reports claim that they are keen to land a new left winger before the window closes on September 1.
Juventus' Kenan Yildiz remains a top target for the Gunners.
