Arsenal are on the verge of selling winger Gabriel Martinelli to Saudi Pro League giants Al-Hilal, according to reputed journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The Gunners have placed the Brazilian on the transfer market for some time and it appears he could be on his way out before the deadline arrives.
Martinelli was reluctant to join Galatasaray earlier this month and reports claimed that he was looking for a more lucrative European outfit.
However, he has now agreed to move to the Middle East with Al-Hilal. Negotiations are underway over a lucrative rise on his current wages.
Martinelli has given the go-ahead to his representatives as well as Arsenal, and it appears a matter of time before the Gunners secure a deal.
Arsenal are likely to enter the transfer market for a new forward when Martinelli departs. They are exploring multiple options for the manager.
Atletico Madrid's Julian Alvarez is reportedly the prime target but he won't come on the cheap with the La Liga side valuing him at £128m.
