Tottenham are reportedly closing on the signing of West Ham defender Anton Ferdinand for a fee believed to be in the region of around £6 million.

Ferdinand has been a regular for the Hammers for the last three years, but Juande Ramos is reportedly set to bring in several new faces in his defence this summer, as Pascal Chimbonda and Michael Dawson are set to leave White Hart Lane.



It seems Ramos has decided on the England youngster Anton Ferdinand to get the chance at the Lilywhites.
