Manchester United are weighing up a formal bid for Belgian left-back Joaquin Seys ahead of the next transfer window.
The Red Devils failed to land a new left-back over the summer, but they are expected to address the concern at the turn of the year.
Seys is one of the top candidates on their radar, and it is claimed that a package of around £30m could be tabled for his services.
However, a deal may not be easy to pursue, with Club Brugge said to be keen on keeping hold of their prized asset until the summer.
The hierarchy made the decision to keep Seys and Nicolo Tresoldi in August after selling Christos Tzolis to Arsenal earlier in July.
Their stance has not changed thus far, and it remains to be seen whether United can convince them to sell Seys at the beginning of 2027.
Tresoldi is also said to be on United's radar for the summer.
