Toto Tamuz is reportedly being tracked as one of Avram Grant's first signings at Chelsea. The 19-year-old Nigeria-born striker represents Israel's national side and scored on his international debut in September 2006 against Andorra.
Tamuz joined Beitar Jerusalem last season after leaving his boyhood club Hapoel Petah Tikva. Several English sides were interested in the player, and Man City, Middlesbrough and Rangers reportedly submitted £1m offers for the striker.
Tamuz only received full Israeli citizenship in June after a wrangle securing his visa in Israel and has now represented the international team 6 times, scoring 2 goals.
