Valencia's Portuguese right back Miguel has signed a contract extension at the club until 2012. The ex-Benfica player had played 131 games for the Portuguese side and now 58 for Valencia.
"I have signed for two further years and I hope to complete them and that everything turns out well," he explained.
"I am very happy because Valencia wanted me to stay here and so did I."
