Spanish and European powerhouse FC Barcelona have completed the signing of the Brazilian youngster Henrique from Palmeiras.

The 21-year old is said to be a promising gem and Barca have been quick to add him to their line-up. DiarioSport reports that the player has signed a five-year contract with the Blaugranas.



Henrique shall be officially presented on Monday but there’s little doubt that the player is not going to feature at Camp Nou next season. It has been reported that the 21-year old shall be loaned out immediately but only for one year.



Real Betis and Ajax Amsterdam both have been touted with taking the player on board for a year but it is generally believed that the player would like to stay in Spain and get used to Spanish football.
