West Bromwich Albion have begun their summer spending with the acquisition of talented Porto defender Marek Cech. It is understood the club have paid just over £1.4 million for the player.

Marek Cech has now signed a three year deal with the club, and as far as we understand has already linked up with his new team mates on their pre-season tours.



The Slovakian international has over 29 appearances to his name for his country.
