Valencia are reportedly ready to make a move for Simone Pepe, the impressive Italian youngster who is currently playing for Udinese in Italy. The Spanish side are set to offer £2 million for the player.
Pepe only recently signed a new lucrative deal at Udinese, until 2012. Pepe has a wealth of experience having started out at Roma and then moving on to Palermo; before joining Udinese.
The 24 year old striker does not have the best of a goalscoring record, but Valencia are keen to add more firepower to their strike force for next year and Pepe represents good value.
