Villarreal are reportedly ready to make an offer for Brazilian starlet Diguinho. The youngster has been in brilliant form for his club, Botafogo, in his homeland, and Villarreal are ready to land the player.

"Everything that has been said regarding a possible transfer to Flamengo is all lies," said Diguinho.



"I am happy at Botafogo and I want to say here until my contract expires. I want to keep winning titles at Botafogo.



"I would only agree to leave Botafogo if I received an offer from Europe, from a really important club."
