Blackburn midfielder Brett Emerton has hinted that he could well make a move back to his homeland at the end of his current Rovers contract in 2012.
"Provided the support was there, it would work,'' Emerton said of the West Sydney franchise.
"I definitely want to finish my career back in Australia.
"If there was a team on the Western side of Sydney then it would be even more perfect. Coming back to Australia, I've always said I'd like to give something back to the game back home.''
“I've got a few more years on my contract here so I'll probably come back after I finish that.
