Fener refuse to sell Appiah

28 July 2007 - 16:43

Fenerbahce have refused to release Stephen Appiah after he has requested a transfer. Arsenal are linked among Appiah's suitors and he was spotted at the Emirates on 2 occasions last season. Fenerbahce have claimed to have agreed a deal to keep the Ghanaian midfielder at the club, but these claims have been rejected by Appiah himself.

  • Enzo Fernandez wants to leave Chelsea
  • Man Utd can finally sign Ederson for huge bargain fee
  • Appiah is wanted by several clubs around Europe, not just Arsenal. Schalke, Palermo and Villarreal are among some of the parties interested in the former Juventus midfielder.
