Blackburn Rover's midfielder Emerton wil be out the rest of the season after injuring knee ligaments in the clash against Boro.
The Australian midfielder, Brett Emerton, injured his knee ligaments in the match against Middlesbrough on Saturday and the medical staff has reported that he will be out for the rest of the season.
The club's official website have confirmed this, and it would take at least six months for the player to gain his fitness back and to be ready for the game.
