Birmingham boss, Alex McLeish, has identified Aston Villa's Zat Knight as a potential transfer target this summer. McLeish is also interested in signing Craig Gardner from Villa.
The 29-year old, Zat Knight, had struggled to hold down a spot in the starting lineup at Villa Park this season. Martin O'Neill might allow him to move on if Birmingham makes a good offer, but, he might not sell the England U-21 international, Craig Gardner.
Birmingham are also interested in signing Celtic defender Bobo Blade whose contract will expire next month.
