Ze Roberto has announced that he is set to quit Bayern Munich, and the news was confirmed by the top dogs at the Bavarian club yesterday evening.
"We offered Ze a contract extension until 2010, but unfortunately he did not want to sign it," said Bayern chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge in a press release.
"Ze Roberto was a perfect partner for FC Bayern for six years and we wish Ze and his family all the best for their future."
