Middlesbrough left midfielder Julio Arca could well be heading back to the Premiership after there were rumours that Fulham could make an offer for the player.
It is believed that Middlesbrough would let the Argentinean leave the club if the asking price of £2.5 million is met.
Fulham are looking to add some new blood to their squad and Arca has emerged as their preferred option.
