Luciano Spalletti, the new Zenit boss, has landed his second transfer signing since arriving at the club, with the signature of Russian forward Alexander Kerzhakov.

The move comes as a surprise as Kerzhakov had reportedly agreed to stay at his club Dinamo Moscow for another season.



Kerzhakov joined Zenit for a fee believed to be worth in the region of £5 million.
