Wigan have made an enquiry for Chile international midfielder Rodrigo Tello, according to reports from Turkey. The Besiktas man is ready to leave for the Premiership.
According to the report, Wigan boss Roberto Martinez has made a £3.5 million offer for the Chilean which will be rejected.
However, if Wigan push their bid up closer to £6 million Besiktas, battling for cash, will reluctantly accept.
