Ezequiel Lavezzi will remain a Napoli player next year, as the president scoffed at suggestions that Manchester City would agree a fee with the Italian side this week.
"We all have the money but we are here and no one has called us,â Aurelio De Laurentiis, the Napoli president, told Corriere dello Sport.
"Hence, this story makes me laugh. My dear Mancini, I am sorry for you.
"Evidently, you anticipate moves of the (City owner) Sheikh (Mansour) that are not true to reality."
