Poland trim Euro 2008 squad

Leo Beenhakker has cut his Euro 2008 squad from 31 to 26 players, but has decided to retain the other five players on backup for Poland should they require them prior to the tournament due to injuries.

Maciej Zurawski has joined Greek club Larissa FC from Celtic after being informed that he had no future at the Scottish giants. The Polish striker is hoping for a fresh chance in the Greek divisions.
