West Ham are readying a £40 million January bid for Tottenham forward Dominic Solanke in January, after reports suggested that the club's coaching staff are unhappy with the England international's performances. So far this season, Solanke has struggled for regular first-team football.
Tottenham and Chelsea are both competing to sign Swiss international attacking midfielder Ruben Vargas from Sevilla, with Spurs ready to pay £27.5 million in the January transfer window, and Chelsea considering a part-exchange deal with the La Liga outfit that could include Benoit Badiashile. It is understood though that Spurs are in pole position to secure the 27-year-old's signature.
Tottenham manager Thomas Frank wants to add at least one more attacking option to his squad before the transfer window slams shut on September 1st, and Spurs have revisited a move for Man City winger Savinho, improving their original offer of £37.5 million to a reported £43 million. Spurs chairman Daniel Levy has been locked in talks with the City hierarchy having missed out on the signing of Eberechi Eze.
Having missed out on a deal to sign Eberechi Eze from Crystal Palace, as the winger appears to have opted to join Arsenal, Tottenham are short of an attacking midfielder and have decided that Southampton player Tyler Dibling is the preferred option. Spurs missed out on Eze as chairman Daniel Levy was unable to agree a fee with Palace, leaving Tottenham looking to sign Dibling as an alternative.
Arsenal have entered the race to sign England and Crystal Palace attacker Eberechi Eze after a knee injury to Kai Havertz will likely leave the German forward out of action for a lengthy period of time. In signing Eze, The Gunners will beat Tottenham to Eze's signing and the player returns to his boyhood club.

Tottenham have had their first offer for Argentinian international attacking midfielder Nico Paz rejected, believed to be in the region of 42.5 million euros including add-ons. The Como midfielder caught the eye in his maiden season in Serie A, with a return of six league goals from 35 games, and Spurs hope to wrap up a deal before the transfer window slams shut bringing Paz in as a replacement for James Maddison, who will miss most of the season with a serious injury.
Tottenham are in the mix to sign Spanish defensive midfielder Marc Casado before the transfer window slams shut, as Barcelona appear to be ready to let the 21-year-old leave for a fee of 20 million euros. Casado is amongst the best up and coming midfielders in Spain, but a lack of first-team football could persuade the player to leave.
Tottenham Hotspur are interested in bringing former Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher back to the Premier League this summer, according to TBR Football.
