Manchester United star Paul Pogba again showed the strength of his family values after posting  a picture celebrating his father's birthday on his official Instagram account.

Pogba brought his father, Fassou Antoine, a cake to celebrate his 79th birthday and posted the photo on Instagram with the caption: 'Happy birthday dear Dad, I feel blessed to be your son #pogdaddy #fighter #pogbance.'

The 24-year-old is sitting out the current international break with a hamstring strain but found ways to fill his time while his French team-mates prepared to take on Spain in a high-profile friendly.

And it is that same international break that appears to have kept brothers Florentin and Mathias away from the family gathering as they are both on duty with Guinea and are set to take on Cameroon in Belgium on Tuesday evening.

While the £89million man has become a star for Les Bleus, Florentin and Mathias opted to play for the country Fassou left as a 30-year-old. He arrived in Paris penniless before cutting out a living in telecommunications.

Fassou played football in Guinea and continued after moving to Paris before going onto coach his three sons as well as the local children in Roissy-en-Brie.

He told the Telegraph last year: 'I played at a level that was lower than the one I wanted to play at.

'I wanted my boys to play at the highest possible level. I was really hard on them when they were kids and that meant that they learned quickly.

'It got to the point where I was coaching other kids so they could give Paul a game when he was four, five, six years old. I was trying to bring them up to his level.'

Florentin and Mathias took advantage of their time in Belgium to link up with France and Arsenal legend Thierry Henry, who is assistant coach to Red Devils manager Roberto Martinez.

Taking to social media, the Pogba brothers posted a snap of themselves alongside Henry, all smiles and pointing to the main man.

Captioning the image, Florentin wrote: 'When The Pogbance meets a legend @thierryhenry.'
