Former Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is backing Ross Barkley to use his Everton form to break back into the England squad.
Barkley, with five goals to his name this season, is in excellent form and this week spoke about how much he is thriving under the tutelage of manager Ronald Koeman.
“I'm a great Ross Barkley fan," Redknapp, who came close to landing the England manager's job in 2012, told evertonfc.com.
“If you are an England manager, he's one of the players you build your team around. I absolutely love watching him play - he has got everything. Him and Dele Alli at Tottenham are two amazing young talents.
“For me, Ross is one of my favourite players. I think he's a great talent. I'm sure he will be an Everton and England player for many years to come."
